Originally from Long Island, NY, Timothy "Tim" has worked in home improvements for over 20 years. His direct industry experience comes from years of working with his family, as well as managing a large real estate portfolio responsible for design, renovations, and property management. Tim is in charge of our maintenance division, while Mary is the backbone of All American Cleaning and Maintenance Service. Also originally from Long Island, NY, Mary is in charge of our Vacation and Residential Cleaning. Her "outside of the box" thinking and "customer first" philosophy is the cornerstone of our business.
